Beirut Terraces is a residential skyscraper in the Central district of downtown Beirut, Lebanon.
Zarka’s Apartment is being pre-wired for a full home automation system by using KNX system ensure 100% system integrity. There are up to 20 KNX devices to control all the supervisions needed which are ON/OFF & dimming lighting, shades/curtains heating & cooling full Control by zones, gates/doors, and more.
