The lighting throughout the villa controlled by presence and motion detectors. When the owner or any member in the family walk into the hallways, living spaces, bedrooms, and other rooms the sensors trigger the lighting to come on.

The presence detectors are also a part of the heating system which it can be controlled entirely as required and in an energy efficient manner according to each family member presence in each room, and by setting a schedule for the heating system.
