When Mr.Germanos and his fiancee have planned their future home, they wanted their space as comfortable as possible to relax after a hard day’s work. Using our smart home technology made it possible to realize intelligent heating/cooling, shades/curtains,stunning lighting, and presence detectors control, and much more.

The lighting throughout the apartment will be controlled by presence and motion detectors. When the owner or any member in the family walk into the hallways, living spaces, bedrooms, and other rooms the sensors trigger the lighting to come on.

The presence detectors are also a part of the heating system which it can be controlled entirely as required and in an energy efficient manner according to each family member presence in each room, and by setting a schedule for the heating system.
