This villa is being pre-wired for a full home automation system by IBS Automation. Jokh family can control all the supervisions such as lighting, heating/cooling & curtains control from different Touch Panels keypads, and Screens or with their smartphones & personal tablets.

Moreover, when the owner or any member in the family going up the stairs the movement detectors which are installed on the bottom and on the top of it, triggers the lighting to come on,
