Riachy’s Villa is being pre-wired for a full home automation system by using KNX system ensure 100% system integrity. There are over than 40 KNX devices to control all the supervisions needed which are lighting ON/OFF & dimming, shades/curtains heating & cooling full Control by zones, gates, TV/projector mechanisms and more.
Energy & tanks monitoring, power feedback, CCTV, Wired Fire & Intrusion System, Network Cabinet, Audio/Video Integration, Sound System, Home Theater, IP Telephony are also playing a major role in this villa.
