Stephan’s Villa is being pre-wired for a full home automation system by using KNX system ensure 100% system integrity. There are over than 30 KNX devices to control all the supervisions needed which are lighting ON/OFF, shades/curtains, heating & cooling full Control by zones, gates, and more.

Energy & tanks monitoring, power feedback, network cabinet, IP telephony, IP Videophone, audio/video integration, sound system, & home Theater (Where the homeowners enable to integrate a full range of home theater which features 5.2.4 surround system, with a well custom sized theater seating allowed us to produce a fantastic result.), are also playing a major role in this villa.
